The official Dutch LIPS handcuffs for small wrists are very hard to get! I have received many inquiries about where to find them, please email me if you need help to locate a pair! They are perfect for tiny girls! Emilia is one of the tiniest girls on this website, and she can not get out of them. She would have a (small) chance with normal LIPS handcuffs, but with these awesome cuffs she is very stuck if there is no key.
